Have a special occasion coming up? Let Acadia Athletics Complex help host your next birthday party or other celebration! From pool parties to skating bashes, we have tons of fun activities to keep your group celebrating to the fullest. Party bookings are now available for pre-packaged parties.

To schedule your party, contact reservations@acadiau.ca or call 902.585.2665. Rentals are based on availability and must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking.

Pool Parties

Option 1: Private pool booking

Includes:

  • exclusive access to the pool for 1 hour
  • access to the private birthday party room
  • 2 certified lifeguards on deck
  • pool toys and equipment

Up to 75 swimmers: $150.00 + HST

Rental must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking.

Option 2: Join the Public Swim plus birthday party room

Includes:

  • access to the pool during the Public Swim allocated time
  • access to the private birthday party room
  • 2 certified lifeguards on deck
  • pool toys and equipment

Up to 20 swimmers:

$75.00 + HST + public swim fee/person

For 20-50 swimmers:

$105.00 + HST + public swim fee/person

The facility usage contract must be paid 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking. The public swim entrance fee per person is paid on the day of the party at the Acadia Box Office.

 

Skating Parties

Option 1: Private ice rental

Includes:

  • exclusive access to the rink for 1 hour based
    on ice availability
  • access to the private birthday party room
  • Hockey nets, if desired

$185.00 + HST

Rental must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking.

Option 2: Join the Public Skate times plus birthday party room

Includes:

  • access to the ice during the Public Skate allocated time
  • access to the private birthday party room
  • hockey nets or sticks are not available

$75.00 + HST + public skate fee/person

Facility usage contract must be paid 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking. The public skate entrance fee per person is paid on the day of the party at the Acadia Box Office.

Helmets are requested to be worn while on the ice. Helmets and/or skates can be rented from the ASC desk for $5 per person.

Gym Booking

Private gym rental includes

  • exclusive access to the gym for 1 hour
  • access to the private birthday party room
  • assorted equipment provided

$145.00 + HST

Rentals are based on availability and must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking. Please not that Ball Hockey is NOT permitted to be played. Clean, white soled footwear must be worn.

Dance Party

Private dance studio rental includes:

  • exclusive access to the fitness dance studio for 1 hour
  • access to music and speakers
  • access to the private birthday party room

$105.00 + HST

Rentals are based on availability and must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the party to finalize the booking.

Varsity Sport Experience

Attend a varsity sport game and STAND UP A CHEER FOR YOUR ACADIA AXEWOMEN/AXEMEN! (minimum 12 people required)

  • Acadia Varsity Football game
  • Acadia Varsity Soccer game
  • Acadia Varsity Rugby game
  • Acadia Varsity Volleyball game
  • Acadia Varsity Basketball game
  • Acadia Varsity Hockey game
  • Acadia Varsity Swim Meets

Group Ticket pricing applies depending on the sport you choose. Purchase at the Acadia Box Office in advance of the game.

Private party room may be available to book before the game for $75 + HST. The private room is not available for varsity hockey games.

 

Athletics Facility Rental

Are you interested in booking one of the many facilities at the Acadia Athletics Facility for private, group, tournament or special event? The Acadia Athletics Complex offers a gymnasium, 6-lane pool, fitness center, group fitness & dance studio, squash & racquetball courts, ice surface with indoor walking track, outdoor turf field with an outdoor walking track, and outdoor grass fields.

Also offers meeting space options including the Hall of Fame boardroom and Wolfville Room classroom as well as a campus store, coffee shop, and full fitness gym with top quality workout equipment, machines, and support.

Acadia is proud to host the Acadia SMILE program and well as:

  • Annapolis Valley Centre for Education full day conference for over 1,600 educators and administrators
